The conference is part of various actions, planned to be implemented in November by FairLife, the first non-profit organization in Greece, exclusively dedicated to Lung Cancer, within the context of informing and raising public awareness, regarding the importance of prevention and early diagnosis in lung cancer treatment.

The main topic of the conference is the presentation of the study results, regarding lung cancer screening and developed by the Health Policy Institute, under the scientific supervision of  Kyriakos Souliotis, Professor of Health Policy at the University of Peloponnese and Dr. Evi Hatziandreou, Public Health Expert and FairLife’s Vice President. The study is conducted for the first time in Greece and aims to become a health policy proposal for lung cancer screening in high-risk groups.

The main points of the study will be commented on and discussed by representatives of the Scientific Community, the State, representatives of Patients’ Associations and organizations from Greece and abroad.
