(a) For the registration of friend – member or volunteer, the following data are requested during the completion of the respective form: name, surname, age, address, town, postal code, prefecture, country, telephone, e-mail.
(b) For the donation to «FAIRLIFE L.C.C.», the following data are requested during the completion of the respective form: name, surname, age, address, town, postal code, prefecture, country, telephone, e-mail, credit card data (unless the alternative i.e. to deposit the amount with the bank account is chosen).
(c) For the registration and receipt of newsletters, the following data are requested during the completion of the respective form: name, surname, e-mail.
(d) For the completion of the communication form, the following data are requested during the completion of the respective form: name, surname, e-mail.

The supply of the Data required for each one of the above purposes is necessary and without such Data it will not be possible for you to register as a friend – member or volunteer, to make a donation, to register and receive the newsletters or to communicate with «FAIRLIFE L.C.C.» respectively. More specifically, the bank credit/debit card details are used only once for the purpose selected (registration as a friend – member or volunteer, or donation) and the car is charged only once and only for the specific transaction.
