Iris is a multi-talented individual with over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and public affairs. She currently serves as a lecturer at a university in London, where she applies her solid foundation in research, management, consultancy, and strategic development to create results-driven solutions.

With a Ph.D. in Behavioural Economics (summa cum laude), a Master’s in Health Economics and Management, and a Bachelor’s in Economics, Iris is well-equipped to analyze the major issues facing humanity in a fast-changing world. She has also participated in several courses, including eHealth at the Karolinska Institute, Innovating in Healthcare at Harvard, Medicine in the Digital Age at Rice University, Health for All through Primary Health Care at Johns Hopkins University, and Challenges of Global Health at Duke University, among others.

Iris has a diverse background, having worked as a college director and created her own public affairs consultancy. She has collaborated with politicians, diplomats, entrepreneurs, academics, and journalists, and even spoken at the UN Headquarters in Geneva. She is currently a board member of HAPSc , of Womanitee, Guildhouse London, and a scientific associate of the LabHEM at the University of Piraeus. Iris has published over 15 books, 20 articles, and book chapters in peer-reviewed journals and is the chief editor of the Journal of Politics and Ethics in New Technologies and AI.
