Dr Tavernaraki Kyriaki, MSc, PhD is a Consultant Radiologist in Imaging and Interventional Radiology Department, “Sotiria” General and Chest Diseases Hospital, Athens, Greece since 2013. She received her medical diploma (MD) in 2002 (Grade: Excellent) from University School of Medicine, Athens and her Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in Radiology in 2009.

She has worked as a Consultant Radiologist in CT-MRI Department, “Evangelismos” General Hospital, Athens, Greece (2009-2011) and as a Subspecialty Fellow in hepato-biliary and pancreas imaging, in Royal Free Hospital, NHS, London, UK and University College London Hospital, NHS, London, UK (2011-2013).

She is a holder of a PhD and two Master of Science (MSc) diplomas from University School of Medicine, Athens.

She is Secretary General of Hellenic Radiological Society and Member of Board of Hellenic Professional Radiology Society. She is also a member of Oncologic Imaging Division-Hellenic Radiological Society and member of Task Force in Lung Cancer Screening Guidelines of Hellenic Thoracic Society.

Her special clinical and scientific interest is Oncologic Imaging, mainly Thoracic.
