FairLife Lung Cancer Care is hosting an informative webinar, dedicated to the significance of psychosocial support to Lung Cancer patients, their families and caregivers. BREATH, a pilot Program for Psychosocial Support, offered nationwide and free of charge to lung cancer patients, their families and caregivers, in collaboration with qualified mental health professionals, will be presented. Significant findings and results already available, regarding the program’s progress will be discussed. The webinar will be presented by journalist Christina Vidou.

In Section B, services provided through the implementation of the BREATH program, as well as results already available, regarding its operation and progress will be discussed by: Georgia Vassiliou, Psychologist – Psychotherapist, Member of the Hellenic Institute for Group Analytic and Family Psychotherapy “Counseling and Psychological Support to Individuals, Groups and Families”, Christos Velissaropoulos, Scientific Program Manager, Clinical Psychologist, Psycho-oncologist, Trainer Analyst, Vice President of the Hellenic Institute for Group Analytic and Family Psychotherapy, “BREATH Program – The psychological landscape of patients and  families “, Eleftheria Ralli, Head of the Counseling Centre for Support in Grief (Athens), “Supporting Children, Adolescents and Parents in Grief”, Evangeli Bista, Head of the Guidance Center for Cancer  Patients – K3  “Patient Guidance and Personal Health Assistant”. The BREATH program will be addressed by the FairLife L.C.C. team with the participation of President of FairLife L.C.C., Korina Pateli- Bell, Program Manager Thomais Sarakinioti and Psychologist Mariam Theodoraki.  The informative webinar  will conclude with the lived experiences of patients and caregivers, Milka Ivanova, Apostolos Kyriakis, Christos Apostolakos, Maria Kalabaka and Vassiliki Antonopoulou, who have participated in the program.
